Originally from Loomis, California, Katie moved to Reno in 2023 to pursue her passion for beauty. After studying Marketing at the University of Nevada, Reno, she shifted paths to focus on helping others feel confident and radiant. She is currently attending the Redken International Academy of Style and is a licensed makeup artist. At The Cru Salon, Katie assists under master stylist Maya Saldana, where she’s refining her skills, learning advanced techniques, and gaining hands-on experience in a high-end, fast-paced environment.

Whether she’s creating a natural, glowing look or a full-glam transformation, her approach centers on enhancing each client’s natural beauty in a way that feels authentic. Known for her attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and upbeat energy, Katie brings a thoughtful, elevated touch to everything she does.
