Frankie is an emerging artists at The Cru Salon gaining hands-on experience through the Cru Assistant Program.

Originally from Las Vegas and raised in Reno, Nevada, Frankie is an up-and-coming hairstylist currently assisting under Master Stylist Maya Saldana. With a lifelong passion for all things beauty, she is dedicated to continuously refining her craft while creating an exceptional experience for every client who sits in her chair.

Francesca believes that beauty is about more than just great hair—it’s about helping people feel confident, empowered, and like the best version of themselves. Being able to make a positive impact on someone’s self-esteem through her work is what inspires her every day and makes this career so rewarding.

As she grows within the industry, Francesca is committed to staying current with the latest trends, techniques, and education while building meaningful relationships with her clients. Her goal is to create a welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable, cared for, and confident in their look.

When she’s not in the salon, you can find her exploring new restaurants, spending time at Lake Tahoe, staying active in the gym, or making memories with friends and family.
