Bailey Valente, 31, is the Reno-based founder and creator of The Cru Salon. With a critical eye for detail and color, Bailey has established herself as a sought-after makeup artist and hairstylist for celebrities and social media influencers alike. Bailey started her career as a professional makeup artist over 13 years ago and expanded her expertise to hair soon after.
Specializing in blondes, extensions and color corrections, Bailey is Great-Lengths certified and has completed extensive continuing education in color, cut and styling techniques. Brides seek out Bailey for her ability to give them gorgeous glowy skin with striking yet natural makeup for the most important day of their lives. Bailey has traveled extensively throughout the US and abroad, including Germany, France, Italy and Greece. Bailey’s travels have inspired her to approach beauty and style with a unique, global perspective.
Bailey is mom to 8-year-old Cruz Alaia and currently splits her time between Reno, Nevada and Kauai, Hawaii. When she’s not running her business you can find Bailey shopping, traveling with her family or perfecting her hidden talent… giving herself the best manicure.
